Description
Faraday Norton is a privately owned investment group, operating in the real estate, energy, and other business sectors, in Greece and abroad. We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to lead the delivery of our residential and hospitality projects from inception to handover. This role is a strong fit for someone with a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, hands-on site experience, and a strong sense of ownership. You should be comfortable managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders simultaneously, while maintaining the quality standards our projects are known for. You will help us bring ambitious building developments to life — coordinating design teams, supervising construction, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. You should enjoy being on-site, making practical decisions under pressure, and taking projects from concept to completion with confidence and accountability. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of residential and hospitality projects, from planning through to handover. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using MS Project or Primavera. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project. Monitor cost control, manage variations, and report on project progress to senior management. Ensure full compliance with Greek building regulations, GOK/NOK, and health & safety requirements. Lead procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and negotiate with contractors and suppliers. Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, owners, and internal stakeholders. Document project decisions, progress reports, and technical details clearly and thoroughly. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with a Master’s degree in a related discipline or Finance, and a valid professional license 5-10 years of experience managing residential or building construction projects. Hands-on site experience is essential — this role is not back-office only. Strong working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Solid understanding of Greek construction legislation, building codes (GOK/NOK), and health & safety standards. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising deadlines or budgets. Fluent in Greek and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Valid driver's license (required for site visits). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience with premium residential, hospitality projects, or BIM workflows will be highly valued. A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and expertise. Group health insurance from day one of employment. Company car, mobile phone, and laptop provided. Continuous opportunities for learning, professional development, and internal growth. A dynamic and entrepreneurial culture that values quality, innovation, and ambition. A supportive and collaborative team culture, with a steady pipeline of projects and clear paths to senior roles. Join us at Faraday Norton and take the next step in your career — working alongside a visionary team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking investment environment.
