CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – EXETER | £45,000 – £60,000 + PACKAGE

The Company
A forward-thinking, independent construction consultancy is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join its growing Exeter office. The business has a strong reputation across the South West, delivering projects within commercial, education, residential, and mixed-use sectors. With a collaborative and supportive culture, they offer the opportunity to take real ownership of projects while working with a close-knit and ambitious team.
The Role
The successful Project Manager will be given the chance to lead schemes from inception through to completion, managing design, procurement, delivery, and handover. You’ll gain exposure to projects ranging from smaller refurbishments of around £2m up to £50m+ new builds. This is a varied, client-facing role that will allow you to build lasting relationships and play a key part in delivering high-profile regional projects.
The Candidate

The ideal Project Manager will:

• Have 2–6 years’ experience in a construction consultancy or client-side environment
• Hold a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Ideally be working towards chartership (APM, MCIOB, MRICS) or already chartered
• Have strong experience with JCT and NEC contracts
• Be confident in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills
• Be Exeter-based or happy to travel across the South West
