We are looking for individuals with proven experience in new construction and new build projects. You must be driven, highly motivated, self-starter, a team player and possess an enthusiastic personality. This position will be working 90% of the time at the project site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 7 years related experience in new construction and new developments.
• A strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Strong skills in project scheduling and coordination with a focus on time management.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
• Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
• Utilize a construction software such as Buildertrend, for accurate budgeting, and developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Oversee the reading and interpretation of blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Implement safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure alignment on objectives.
