We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Finishing team This isn’t your average construction role. Pool finishing renovation brings together a mix of trade, plaster, tile, sandblasting, plumbing, all rolled into one dynamic, fast-paced environment. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Project Ownership & Profitability Own project margin; validate scope, budget, and contracts; track costs and manage change orders.? Ensure timely and accurate project closeout and invoicing. Schedule & Execution Management Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.? Identify risks, take corrective actions, and maintain daily progress logs.? Quality & Inspection Control Enforce quality standards and complete milestone inspections.? Manage approvals, minimize rework, and reduce warranty issues Systems & Documentation Maintain accurate project data, documentation, permits, and reports.? Follow and improve standardized project management processes. Leadership & Client Experience Serve as primary client contact and communicate proactively with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.? Requirements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) 3+ years of project management experience in construction, pool renovation, or similar work Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple moving pieces Knowledge of pool construction/renovation methods, materials, and equipment is a plus Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); Buildertrend experience is a bonus Strong communication skills and attention to detail Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
