POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager with expertise in Construction Management to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with heavy civil infrastructure projects (Bridges, Roads, Underground Utilities, Water Lines).
  • CE-2 or ability to obtain CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications to work on O-DOT projects/ familiarity with O-DOT regulations.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with government and municipal construction projects.
  • Experience in environmental and landscape projects.
