OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure construction. Experience with open cut and or sewer and watermain experience considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, permits, construction codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
