JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional time management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
• Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate bids and forecasts for project costs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established benchmarks; adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports.
