Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We’re looking for a strong Project Manager II (Assistant Project Manager) to support a major capital improvement program at LAX focused on modernizing passenger terminals and enhancing the overall airport experience. Salary Range: $150K/Year-$165K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key liaison between the owner, designers, contractors, and stakeholders Support project scope, schedule, and budget management Assist in procurement (RFP development, contractor/designer selection) Monitor design and construction progress to ensure alignment with project goals Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and technical issues Participate in meetings and provide clear project updates to leadership Help identify risks early and support solutions to keep projects on track Support project closeout and documentation 10+ years of experience in construction/project management Experience working on large-scale projects ($50M+) Airport or active/operational environment experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of both design and construction lifecycle Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex coordination Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (required) Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, PE, LEED, etc.) are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam (CAD/Revit is a plus) We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
