Whether it involves supporting defense forces, providing rapid assistance in the event of a disaster, or implementing non-traditional construction projects, we provide reliable equipment and the services of qualified specialists.RELJEF is an innovative construction and infrastructure development company that has been operating since 2008. During this period, the company has completed a number of complex and large-scale landscaping, urban development and infrastructure projects. We are currently expanding our operations in Lithuania and Germany and are looking for Construction Project manager in Germany (Berlin, Munich, Hanover).

• Tasks and responsibilities::·      The Project Manager shall be responsible for the coordination of the construction works and represent the Contractor in all matters related to technical, organizational, and administrative issues. He will also be the main contact of the Customer during the project implementation, including the period of development of the 100% Design;·      Leadership for the team in the execution of the contractual requirements for the Customer.·       Control of contractual obligations of the subcontractors Schedule and budget control·      Verification of Monthly Valuations from RELJEF/FEPS to the Customer Project team internal processes management·      Coordination of project handover procedures to the client and for the local authorities·      Project Management of an assigned large-scale modular construction projects on several dedicated location ( in specific Germany region).·      Project team management: managing and planning our own staff as required, as well as coordinating the staff of our project partner.

• Requirements:·      Completed degree in civil engineering, construction, architecture;·      At least 5-7 years experience in the Big scale project management of construction site (from 7-10 mln eur);·      Certificate as a supervisor of construction works would be a big advantage;·      Fluent English proficiency (all the communication would be in English, good German and Lithuanian is a plus; as is prior experience working on international or cross-border construction projects.  Driving licence (Category B);
•  Professional conduct, self-reliant, very good leadership, communication and team working skills
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.
• Budgeting skills, with the ability to manage costs, forecast expenditures, and maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices relevant to projects in Germany.
