OVERVIEW:

A Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and team coordination, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Familiarity with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements governing construction projects.

• Project Planning and Initiation:

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Budget and Cost Management:
• Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting costs to ensure adherence to financial targets.

• Schedule and Progress Monitoring:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and milestones to ensure timely completion of all project phases.

• Quality Assurance and Compliance:
