• Plan and manage projects from pre-site to final walk-through
• Coordinate crews, trades, suppliers, and inspections
• Keep timelines, budgets, and quality in check
• Be the main point of contact for clients
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and permit requirements
• Track progress, document change orders, and close jobs cleanly
