Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is adept at leading water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects. The Project Manager will develop and drive project schedules and budget and manage and lead teams to effectively deliver water and wastewater treatment projects. Join us in building a better future, one water drop at a time. Responsibilities include: Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout. Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders Establish and maintain positive client relations Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater construction Ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractors The ability to travel out of town to job sites Location: Spokane Tribe Hotel and Casino IWS offers: Competitive salary and benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD PTO and 8 company-paid holidays 401k Project bonuses Salary range*: $120-$155k, plus project bonuses! *The provided base salary range is used nationally.
