QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• In-depth knowledge of construction project phases and job site operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and delegation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
• Familiarity with project management tools; Procore experience is an asset
• Professional demeanor and appearance

• Understand project goals, scope, budget, and deadlines
• Perform take-offs, prepare estimates, and submit job bids
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk plans
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and secure permits if needed
• Source and manage subcontractors and vendors
• Issue purchase orders and oversee material procurement
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain quality control and resolve construction issues
• Track progress, budget usage, and job completion percentages for invoicing
• Manage change orders and mitigate project risks
• Keep accurate project documentation and reporting
• Handle final inspections and client handover
• Close out projects and complete final documentation
