We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Project Manager to join our team in Amsterdam or Munich.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution, including feasibility studies, deliverables, milestones, and handovers across multiple cities and countries.

• • Develop and oversee scopes, budgets, and schedules; ensure financial and operational control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage offers, contracts and negotiations with landlords, contractors, architects, and vendors to secure the best outcomes for JetBrains.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements in all locations.Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Drive effective communication between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Drive change management during relocations, office expansions, and transitions that impact employees.Report progress through regular clear updates and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote continuous improvement in JetBrains and project management processes and practices.
