Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain building standards. Manage subcontractors from bid evaluation through project completion. Support production line testing, start-up, and process installations. Maintain project schedules and budgets while enforcing strict safety standards. Promote effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders. Monitor and resolve issues on ongoing projects, ensuring milestones are achieved. Requirements: 4–7 years of experience managing large industrial or manufacturing facility construction projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related STEM field. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong experience in contractor management, bid evaluation, and project oversight. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% (~3 weeks per month) between project locations. Preferred: experience with Food & Beverage projects, industrial project management methodologies, budgeting and risk management, and knowledge of safety and clean design standards.
