SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in construction project management or Clerk of Works role
• Strong working knowledge of standard construction contracts
• Sound technical understanding of construction technology and relevant legislation
• Good awareness of Health & Safety in construction
• Analytical and solution-focused approach to problem solving
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong site or project management experience to take a hands-on role in managing the delivery of construction projects. This position will require a solid background in construction, contract administration, and project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and managing contract documentation
• Administering construction contracts
• Monitoring programme and cost performance
• Coordinating with contractors, clients, and the internal KRA team
• Producing progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Identifying and managing project risks
