Responsibilities

You’ll lead the charge in managing multiple elevator installation and modernization projects, keeping stakeholders aligned, tracking progress, and ensuring successful outcomes across the board.
· Own the Project Lifecycle: Oversee all phases of the project—from review of sales bids to final close-out—while ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal standards.
· Support Sales Success: Collaborate with the sales team during the bidding process to ensure accurate scopes, timelines, and cost projections.
· Drive Customer Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact for customer requests, questions, and updates, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout each project.
· Keep Projects on Track: Order and monitor materials and factory parts, manage project schedules, and coordinate internal teams to meet milestones.
· Prioritize Safety and Quality: Conduct job site audits and quality control checks, reinforcing a strong safety culture and high performance standards.
· Control Costs and Close with Confidence: Monitor budgets, apply accurate cost tracking, and ensure every project is financially and operationally closed out correctly.
