Construction Project Manager – Shopfitting/Hospitality and Commercial Fitouts

Role Overview

• Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail, hospitality, and commercial shopfitting projects from pre- construction to completion
• Coordinate trades, sub-contractors, and site teams.
• Keep projects on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Ensure all site work meets high safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders daily.
• Ability to be flexible with workplaces as we do fitouts all over Australia

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in shopfitting or commercial construction and joinery experience would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety rules, and construction methods.
• Great problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with possible multiple jobs at once.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and White Card.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
