Matrix Recruitment are recruiting a Construction Project Manager for their client in Dublin 24.
This is an excellent opportunity to advance into a Junior Project Manager role in the construction sector.
Project Management site experience and a driver’s licence are essential for the role.
You will assist with managing multiple residential and commercial projects across Leinster and the Southeast.

YOUR NEW JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Project Manager in managing client relationships and meeting project expectations.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Help manage project budgets and monitor costs while maintaining quality.
• Review reports to identify and address risks proactively.
• Ensure all work meets industry regulations and quality standards before client submission.
• Review and issue RAMS to maintain safe working environments on-site.
• Provide weekly client reports on project progress, safety, and environmental updates.
• Track corrective and improvement actions with Site Supervisors.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and spending updates.
