Oversee financial performance for the project and track ongoing work in progress projections. Facilitate negotiations with vendors and ensure proper contract execution and compliance with the Contract Documents. Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to organize and monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall scheduling utilizing Primavera P6. Maintain and promote relations with Project Stakeholders. Monitor and control overall project expenses. Analyze and review critical shop drawings for accuracy and compliance. Review as-built documentation and confirm compliance with the Contract Documents as the project progresses. Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on the project. Organize and manage subcontractor activities and coordination. Forecast workforce needs and manage labor and equipment allocations. Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Applicants shall have 5-7 years of experience in water and wastewater construction; or equivalent experience. Ability to effectively communicate with all Project Stakeholders.
