Project Manager – Capital Works / Infrastructure / Construction Projects NSW Government Gosford 12 Month Contract initially 2 Positions Available Our client is a large NSW Government organisation seeking two Project Managers to support the delivery of allocated capital works / construction-related projects. These are 12-month contract roles based in Gosford. The role is 40 hours per week, with the option to work 40 hours per week. across 9 days in a fortnight. About the role The Project Manager will be responsible for managing allocated capital works projects end to end, from early planning through to delivery and commissioning. Key responsibilities include: Business case development Design procurement Design development Construction procurement Contract management Project delivery oversight Commissioning and handover activities Selection criteria To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience across: Design development Construction procurement Contract management Commissioning About you This role will suit a Project Manager with experience delivering construction, infrastructure, facilities, capital works or building-related projects. You will need to be comfortable managing projects across the full lifecycle, including design, procurement, contractor management, delivery and commissioning.
