QUALIFICATIONS
ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead various construction projects, including the development of new Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) and spokes, as well as property improvements within the existing UK portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The role involves strategic planning, budget management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to enhance the capacity and efficiency of our property network.
Ocado Retail is in a strong position to grow sales and profitability and the Construction Project Manager has to be passionate about property development and owning the delivery of build projects to help the business achieve this growth.
Delivering profitable growth with our capacity requires interacting with a wide range of stakeholders across areas of Ocado Retail (e.g. Network Development, Property, Legal, Finance, Operations) as well as Ocado Group (Solutions Development, Commercial, Construction Engineering). Therefore, being able to flex your style and influence depending on the audience is crucial.
