JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in various construction software. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and interact with clients effectively.
• Experience in project scheduling techniques is essential for successful project delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation.

• Oversee the preparation of construction estimates using tools such as HeavyBid and Prolog.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

• Prepare reports on project status, including any issues or changes that may arise during the construction process.
• Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
