Manifest Construction SA is seeking a detailed-oriented and industrious Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all operations are executed within set timelines and budgets. As a Construction Project Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning through to completion. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Estimate project costs and prepare budgets; monitor expenses and invoices, and ensure they align with project budgets. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and communications. Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with various teams to ensure all project requirements and specifications are met. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project execution while maintaining professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Promote a culture of safety on construction sites and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record of managing construction projects from conception to completion successfully. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating team members and collaborating with diverse groups. Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
