SUMMARY:

• The Construction Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a construction project from pre-construction through project closeout. The PM shall work collaboratively with the ownership group, design teams, contractors, municipal authorities, and other project stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
