ABOUT RAY-MONT LOGISTICS:

Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to being the essential link in the international business logistics supply chain. We offer a comprehensive range of logistics services, including loading, transportation, and storage of surplus products.
We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and the highest standards of quality. Work Schedule: Day shift, primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits to project locations, requiring travel throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil works, industrial construction methods, industrial process control, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Highly proficient with drawings, specifications, and contract comprehension.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and other construction codes.
  • Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a strong asset
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Maintain thorough documentation including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Ability to travel for construction monitoring and meetings with clients, contractors, and engineers
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, engineers, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor site progress, quality control, and adherence to project plans.
