Construction Project Manager Remote | 50% Travel $120,000–$160,000 per year We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who thrives in high-velocity commercial construction environments. This role is ideal for a strong project leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive timelines aggressively, and confidently oversee field operations across various locations. If you excel in fast-paced build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, or commercial projects we’d love to connect. What You’ll Do Lead projects from pre-construction through close-out Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite logistics Manage multiple concurrent commercial projects in different phases Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and subcontractors Travel to active job sites approximately 50% of the time What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven experience managing fast-paced projects with aggressive timelines Background in commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or similar high-volume construction environments Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and subcontractor management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality Experience with project management software (Procore preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits $120,000–$160,000 annual salary, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Remote flexibility when not traveling Opportunity to manage diverse commercial projects across multiple markets Collaborative and supportive team environment Why This Role Stands Out This is an opportunity for a construction leader who enjoys momentum, ownership, and seeing projects move quickly from concept to completion.
