We are seeking experienced Construction Project Managers to lead residential construction initiatives in Nunavut. These contracts require relocation to a northern community where you will oversee project delivery from planning through to final handover.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Experience managing builds in remote regions is preferred.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Oversee progress claims, change orders, and quality control documentation.
• Monitor risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support stakeholder engagement and workforce coordination.
