The Role: Execution & Excellence As a Field Project Manager, you are the "boots on the ground" leader. You will oversee multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects, ensuring every nail, board, and coat of paint meets the SERVPRO standard. Key Responsibilities: Crew Management: Direct and supervise internal tradespeople and external subcontractors to keep projects moving at a high tempo. Site Inspections: Conduct rigorous on-site inspections to ensure safety compliance and elite craftsmanship. Timeline Mastery: Own the project schedule. You are responsible for ensuring jobs are completed on time and the transition from restoration to construction is seamless. Homeowner Relations: Be the face of the project. You’ll walk homeowners through the progress, manage expectations, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Problem Solving: Identify site-specific challenges early and implement practical solutions to keep the project on track.
