JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional time management skills, and expertise in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Civil 3D. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 and Civil 3D.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using Primavera P6 to identify potential delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors while maintaining budgetary constraints.
  • Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster collaboration and efficiency.
