Description OBJECTIVE Provider overall leadership to the construction team, ensuring safe, profitable, and timely completed projects. Oversee and coordinate various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Create and plan the schedule for each project. Provide projections of materials, equipment, and inventory. Provide timeline, progress, and adjustments reports. Work with subcontractors to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with site construction projects. Write and award contracts. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Submit permit applications. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met. Maintain excellent direct communication with the project team to proactively manage potential site issues. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Bend, squat, lift to 40lbs. Must be able to work in a tight structure. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Walk and stand for long periods of time. Work over 40 hours a week, if needed. Travel in vehicle and airplane.
