SkillQuest Solutions are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established construction services business specialising in project management, reinforcement estimating and scheduling services across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. The business supports projects through the construction lifecycle, coordinating technical, design and delivery requirements to achieve efficient, high-quality project outcomes.

Salary - $105,000 - $115,000 plus superannuation per annum
Employment Type - Full-time, Permanent
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing construction projects throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, builders, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, o will oversee project programs, budgets, resources, contracts, quality and risks to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, timelines and contractual requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Direct and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, including project planning, programming, budgeting and contract administration.
· Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resources to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and project objectives.
· Coordinate design and construction activities, monitoring progress, costs, quality and project risks to achieve agreed delivery targets.
· Manage consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, standards, programs and contracultural requirements.
· Conduct regular project and site coordination meetings, monitor construction progress and resolve design, cost, scheduling and delivery issues.
· Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, design changes and variations, ensuring current information is communicated to relevant project teams.
· Oversee quality assurance and compliance, including inspections, QA documentation and maintenance of material, testing and project records.
· Manage project procurement, budget forecasting, cost control and risk management, identifying and addressing issues that may affect project outcomes.
· Liaise and negotiate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate project changes and implementation requirements, assessing impacts on costs, resources, schedules and contractual obligations.
· Prepare and contribute t tenders, contract bids and project proposals as required.
