ABOUT SEIUK:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a solid background in construction and fluency in Russian to lead our large-scale restaurant fit-out projects across Central London.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects while ensuring seamless communication with both clients and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

✅ Experience: Extensive experience in commercial fit-out projects, ideally within the high-end restaurant, hospitality, or retail sectors.
✅ Education: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and a strong understanding of construction drawings & specifications.
✅ Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
✅ Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions quickly.
✅ Languages: Fluency in Russian is essential for effective communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of restaurant fit outs, from initial planning and procurement to execution and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their vision, expectations, and design specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Direct and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all project stakeholders work cohesively to achieve project goals.
Budget & Timeline Management: Develop and oversee detailed project plans, cost estimations, procurement schedules, and delivery timelines, ensuring strict adherence to financial constraints and deadlines.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all construction work complies with SEIUK’s quality standards, UK building regulations, health & safety laws, and relevant fire and environmental codes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, delays, and challenges, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate issues and ensure uninterrupted project flow.
Site Visits & Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, progress evaluations, and status reporting to senior management and clients, ensuring full project transparency.
