REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong track record managing high-end refurbishment projects up to £2 million.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with experience overseeing multiple live sites.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, both on-site and in client-facing situations.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK construction practices, building regulations, and health & safety (CDM 2015).
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across London and the M25 region.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team, overseeing multiple high-end refurbishment projects across London and within the M25. The role is both office and site-based, with the client’s head office located in Ealing, West London.
You will be responsible for managing several concurrent projects, typically valued up to £2 million, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple high-end refurbishment projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients across various sites.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, cost reports, and timelines.
  • Monitor site activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety regulations, and high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to track milestones and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption, especially in sensitive or occupied environments.
  • Report progress and financials regularly to senior leadership and clients.
