Who We’re Looking For This role is perfect for a confident, solutions-driven PM who thrives under pressure and is capable of juggling multiple active projects without breaking a sweat. We need someone who’s not just experienced, but composed, client-facing, and energized by a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO, who will support your onboarding and field-level training. Core Responsibilities ● Own every detail of the field operations from start to finish across multiple projects ● Schedule, coordinate, and hold subcontractors and vendors accountable ● Perform accurate material take-offs and manage just-in-time ordering ● Handle permits, inspections, and city/county coordination ● Walk jobs daily to monitor quality, timelines, and cleanliness ● Communicate constantly and clearly with clients, staff, and leadership ● Track job costs, daily logs, receipts, and correspondence — no details missed ● Anticipate problems and solve them before they affect the timeline or client ● Model a “whatever it takes” mindset and set the pace for the team Must-Haves ● Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects (residential and commercial) ● Full knowledge of scheduling, permitting, and project coordination ● Solid communication skills with clients and crews alike — ability to "speak design" and collaborate with internal creative teams ● Ability to handle multiple jobs at once without missing deadlines ● Strong understanding of blueprints, scopes, and MEP trades ● Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend) ● Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented ● Works well with others, doesn't complain, and finds a way to get it done ● Drug-free and able to pass a background check ● Positive attitude and relentless commitment to high standards What You Can Expect from Us ● Strong leadership, clear expectations, and support when you need it ● Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses ● The opportunity to lead exciting, design-driven projects ● A company that rewards results and promotes from within If you're all-in, results-driven, and ready to take full ownership of your projects — apply now.
