MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction, preferably high-end or custom homes.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with Gantt charts and project tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and with client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and people with clarity.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

ABOUT THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER (LUXURY CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL)

We are seeking a seasoned, proactive Project Manager to oversee the entire construction lifecycle - from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. This is a pivotal role on our high-performing Production team, requiring both technical expertise and emotional intelligence. You’ll collaborate directly with clients, architects, trades, and internal team members to bring complex, beautiful homes to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead custom residential projects from start to finish, ensuring excellence in schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Maintain and update project documentation in Procore, including schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication with clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Run weekly site meetings, conduct field walks, and lead quality assurance inspections.
  • Forecast project needs, flag risks early, and problem-solve issues with confidence and autonomy.
  • Report directly to the Production Manager and collaborate closely with ownership.
