THE OPPORTUNITY

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of contracts, project delivery methods, and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
