THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on managing complex projects, leading teams, and ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to final delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of contracts, project delivery methods, and construction processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required

• Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and building code standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and warranty follow-up
