Description Position Description: The construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role provides leadership to both the field and office teams, manages cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives, and serves as the primary point of contact for ownership, design professionals, and key stakeholders. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents, company standards, and client expectations. Duties/Responsibilities: · Manage all phases of construction projects including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. · Lead project planning efforts including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and risk management. · Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets; track costs, forecasts, and cash flow. · Review, negotiate, and execute subcontract agreements and purchase orders. · Administer contract documents including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay application. · Oversee project schedule development and maintenance. · Provide leadership and direction to field team, assistant project managers, and project assistants. · Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies. · Serve as primary liaison with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants. · Manage punch list completion and project closeout documentation. · Create and foster a positive team culture. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: · Strong understanding of construction means and methods. · Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. · Strong leadership and communication skills. · Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Outlook, and Bluebeam. Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred or equivalent experience. · 7+ years of experience in construction with a minimum of 5 years in a project management role. · Experience with multi-family is a plus. · OSHA 30 preferred. · Valid driver’s license required. COMPENSATION: The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate range $110,000-$130.000 a year based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, employee rent discount, 401k, with up to 4% employer match. $50,000 employer paid, Long/Short term employer paid. This position is eligible for MN Sick and Safe Time and MN Paid Family and Medical Leave. Classification: Exempt · This is a full-time position.:40 hours/week. · Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, standard hours. Physical Requirements: This position involves work at a construction site where duties will be performed both indoors and outdoors. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to handle exposure to dirt, heat, water, noise, dust, vibration, and office environment. Must be able to walk, stand, and sit.
