QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field.
• Experience: Five or more years of proven project manager/superintendent experience in design-build type commercial construction projects, specifically handling projects ranging from $1M to $20M.

• Project Leadership: Head projects with overall responsibility from conception through close-out.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Craft and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effective solutions.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion without compromising quality.
• Estimating Proficiency: Provide accurate and comprehensive project estimates, laying the foundation for successful project planning.
• Contract Management: Manage contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
• Payment Approvals: Review and approve contractor payments, maintaining financial transparency and integrity.
