Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, and completion of PVC and sandblasting works, ensuring progress, quality, and safety compliance;
• Develop and monitor project schedules and manpower allocation (approx. 30 PVC workers and 7 sandblasting workers);
• Coordinate site activities and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors;
• Ensure compliance with PUB standards, technical specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements;
• Oversee material usage, site cost control, and provide timely project progress reports;
• Organize and lead site meetings, resolve technical and management issues;
• Support tender and quotation preparation by providing technical and managerial input.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent (extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree);
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in PVC installation, sandblasting, or related industrial construction projects;
• Familiarity with PUB standards and BCA regulations in Singapore;
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills;
• Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a multi-national workforce;
• Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSH, Bizsafe, BCSS) will be an advantage.
