PROJECT COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER | LORTON, VA

We’re looking for a highly organized, quick-thinking Project Coordinator / Scheduler to join a busy site development contractor handling both residential and commercial projects in the DC metro area. If you’re proactive, thrive under pressure, and can switch gears on a dime, this role offers the chance to be at the center of operations for a fast-growing, family-owned company.

Responsibilities
  • Field calls from site supervisors and builders to coordinate scheduling needs
  • Ensure all necessary documents are in place, utility tickets, signed contracts, work orders, and printed plans
  • Manage and update the daily whiteboard schedule for multiple active projects
  • Balance logistics for 25–30 commercial projects and 30–50 residential projects in various stages
  • Keep schedules running smoothly despite last-minute changes from builders and shifting priorities
  • Work closely with field teams to make sure jobs are ready to start and stay on track
