STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of a leading global organization is seeking a Construction & Property Operations Manager, who will act as a strategic and operational leader, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s property portfolio and facilities. This role is responsible for managing construction projects, maintenance programs, and real estate operations to ensure that all properties meet the organization’s standards for safety, functionality, and sustainability. The Construction and Property Operations Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver cost-effective, high-quality infrastructure solutions that support the organization’s growth and long-term strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead major construction and renovation projects from concept to completion. Manage facility operations to ensure a safe, sustainable, and inspiring work environment. Build and maintain strong partnerships with contractors, architects, and vendors. Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality across all projects. Develop policies and procedures that promote efficiency and safety. Mentor and guide a dynamic Facilities team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s a plus). 5+ years of experience in construction and facilities management, including leadership experience. Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and compliance standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills. A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and quality. C2 Certification in English.
