JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee our procurement processes and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory to ensure that our organization operates efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in vendor management and relationship building.
• 10 plus years in construction purchasing and estimating.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and contract negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory management practices.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar procurement software.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market conditions.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Must be a TEAM player.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
