About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. As a Quality Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve, and commitment to excellence will be key in maintaining our reputation for delivering superior results. Key Duties and Delights Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations Review engineering drawings and specifications to identify any deviations or non-conformities Perform in-process and final inspections of construction materials and equipment Document and report any quality issues or non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders Collaborate with the project team to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvement Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
