JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes within our construction projects.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager
• 4+ years as a QC Manager
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

• CQM with USACE (Preferred)

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections on construction sites to assess the quality of work performed.
• Analyze data collected from inspections and provide reports on findings to management.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review contracts and specifications to ensure all quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation.
