Overview
Hellas Construction is seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team and support craft construction recruiting. This role will be instrumental in building the workforce that brings our projects to life. A core focus will be the recruitment and onboarding of seasonal H2B employees, ensuring compliance with federal programs while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
In addition, this Recruiter will assist in filling a wide variety of positions across the company, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in construction recruiting, strong bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for craft construction roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for H2B seasonal employees, including compliance, documentation, and candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to anticipate staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, and relationship management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, visa program requirements, and all applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide timely reporting, data tracking, and updates on recruiting activity and progress.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Represent Hellas Construction in a professional and positive manner to all candidates, clients.

Qualifications

• Construction recruiting experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance in all aspects of recruiting.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, and related recruiting tools.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
