CONSTRUCTION RETROFIT PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Bath
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + car allowance
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous project management experience within the construction sector (retrofit experience desirable but not essential).
  • Highly motivated and driven, with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of making sound decisions regarding project scale, cost, and priorities.
  • Open to feedback, with the ability to reflect and learn from project outcomes.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects within an ECO framework, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 standards. This role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, managing clients, contractors, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
You will play a pivotal role in reviewing product specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining project compliance documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will also support homeowners and landlords throughout the delivery journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
This position will require regular onsite work, but there is flexibility to work remotely depending on workload and project stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver retrofit projects in line with ECO framework requirements.
  • Manage client, contractor, and partner relationships effectively.
  • Complete compliance checks on documentation and evidence for multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, building trust and positive relationships.
  • Review product specifications and construction details for accuracy and suitability.
  • Ensure requests for materials, labour, or resources are raised in a timely manner.
