Position and location details: The role is for one Construction Safety Manager at location In Quebec City Work schedule and environment: The position requires onsite assigned workspace, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours plus 5 hours of overtime weekly. Key responsibilities: Include ensuring General Contractors comply with construction safety policies, conducting site safety observations and reporting, participating in planning meetings, training GC leadership, and promoting safety best practices without direct operational control. Typical daily activities: The role involves about 80% fieldwork including safety assessments and coaching, 10% meetings, and 10% documentation review, with flexibility in day-to-day tasks. 9 Compliance and policies: The position requires strong interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders and foster a collaborative safety culture
