We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate who can generate and nurture opportunities, guide prospects through the sales process, and help convert qualified leads into signed projects. The Role - This is a relationship-driven sales role with a strong emphasis on both business development and closing. You will: Generate and cultivate new opportunities through self-generated leads, networking, and referrals Manage company-generated leads and move opportunities through the pipeline Conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients Help guide clients through budget, scope, and pre-construction conversations Build trust and support clients through the decision-making process Work closely with ownership and the internal team to help achieve revenue goals This is not a passive sales role. You are expected to create momentum, drive follow-up, and help move opportunities toward close.
