My Legal Basement Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesperson to add to their Sales Team. The incumbent will be responsible for generating their own leads and also working with leads given by the company. They will qualify them and set in home or in showroom appointments to provide them a quote and close them. The ideal candidate should be responsible and knowledgeable and have technical knowledge about basement renovations and kitchens and also have the sales experience which will help him or her to close clients more effectively.
Requirements
1. Sales experience of 3-5 years in the home renovation and or basement renovation industry .
2. Auto Cad experience of 1 Year. (Not Mandatory)
3. Ability to read drawings, build a scope of work and do takeoffs.
4. Able to make estimates.
5. Proficient in written and oral English.
6. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license.
7. Team Player
8. Able to understand sales targets and achieve them. Have a growth mindset.
9. This is a COMMISSIONS ONLY role. There is no base pay.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
